Returns & Refund Policy

At AztecJersey, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging. We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of use, damage, or alteration.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Include clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a replacement is to place a new order after your return is approved.


Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Final sale items
  • Size issues (please check our size chart before ordering)
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Products showing signs of wear or misuse
  • Accidental damage after delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
